Privacy

MoosingChomp stores nothing about the people who see its ads. This page says what happens anyway, because a web request always leaves a trace.

In short

What the ad script does

On a page that shows a MoosingChomp ad, a small script asks moosingchomp.com for a list of approved ads and, if an ad has a picture, for that picture. It draws the ad and stops. It does not read your cookies, your history or anything else on the page.

What the web host receives

Every request for a file on the web reaches the server that holds it. For MoosingChomp that is a hosting company and its content delivery network. They receive your IP address, your browser and device type, the address of the file you asked for, the site you were on, and the time. They write this to ordinary server logs.

How long those logs are kept is set by the host, not by us. We have no setting that changes it. The host’s own privacy policy describes what it keeps.

What MoosingChomp stores

Nothing about visitors. We do not collect or keep IP addresses, and we do not have a way to look at the host’s logs for individual visitors.

Links in ads

An ad links to another site we own. That site has its own privacy notice, which applies once you are there.

Who runs MoosingChomp

MoosingChomp is a service of NeoNue and part of the NeoNue network. It is operated by Aspir Technologies LLC DBA NeoNue.

If what MoosingChomp does changes, for example if it starts to count clicks, this page changes first and says what is counted and why.
